Taco Bell

It is over priced for what I ordered. I'm from Missouri and the 5 layered burritos are around a dollar cheaper. $2.29 for a 5 layered burrito in my opinion is a little pricey. Also to get a decent portion of beef you have to pay $0.50 for extra beef.

11 minutes waiting for my food in front of the drive-thru window. Unacceptable. Update still here waiting for my food in my car waiting for 14 minutes.

By far the best fast-food experience I’ve ever encountered. The woman who took my order and served me at the drive-thru window on Aug 9th at around 4pm was very quick and attentive. I feel like this is rare these days and she went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks - I will be back!

Food was great, nice customer service. Place was clean. Toilets were a little bit messy, and there was no soap nor paper towels.

This one star is dedicated to the very nice and friendly lady at the drive thru window, but besides that, this Taco Bell is terrible. The prices were increased compared to other Taco Bells. I ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritoes and they forgot the cheese in one of them, and in the other, it was at the bottom last bite. I've never had such a dry bean burrito from any other Taco Bell in my life. Safe yourself the experience and just keep driving to the next one, hopefully not in Doral.

Got yelled at because I ordered from the kiosk and there was a sign to the right facing away from us that said they were out of freezes. We ordered a freeze, not knowing, and the manager said too bad, so I asked for a refund. She made a big deal of it and grudgingly gave me my money back. I then asked for a cup that was part of my order and she argued with me about the size, even though it was clearly shown on my receipt as a large and not the medium she said the meal came with- I had upgraded to a large on my order. I don't ever complain about bad service, but this was so bad I felt I should warn others- enter at your own risk!

Its Taco Bell. You know what you get. Always nice to try the new stuff

Edit: Came back and now I pay extra for steak and they were really stingy with the steak as you can see in the picture that I also posted. I think I'm done frequenting this establishment until maybe a year from now to see if it improves, which is add because I am a regular....but I'm tired of the attitude problems and being cheated on my meals. This place has gone downhill fast within the last 10 months. I recently waited 15 minutes AT THE COUNTER, just for someone to ask for my order and there was NO LINE. The new cheesy chalupa thing didn't look anything like the picture and it didn't taste anything more than a regular chalupa that's been on the menu all along. On top of that THEY NEVER HAVE DORITOS LOCOS TACOS other than Nacho Cheese. If I want Fire Doritos Locos I always have to go to another Taco Bell!

Food was fresh but both my orders was messed up...I ordered the new naked chicken chalupa...he told me everything that was on it and I agreed to continue with my order...drove off and when I opened it, I had a regular chalupa, went back to get the correct chalupa I ordered and drove off, opened it while I was sitting at the light and it's almost half the size of the regular chalupa, as I started eating it, it didn't have all the ingredients and was unbearably spicy which isn't mentioned in the advertising or by the location, so I throw it out and just go to eat the regular chalupa and it was messy and in pieces, way to far now to drive all the way back down there. Attached pictures of the second chalupa that fell apart. Only reason I gave a 2 instead of a 1 was because both were fresh and hot.

Last two times I’ve been there the cinnamon twist taste like they’ve been fried in rancid oil. Tonight the Mexican pizza had the same rancid oil taste. They should fix that. If you just get tacos and nachos with nothing fried you are good.

Good service and the order was accurate and good. I've been here before and it was below average, but it has improved considerably.

Terrible service. Staff acts like they don't care or even want to be here. That script they have on top of their register for "wow service" completely useless. Management should provide some well needed customer service training. Food also took over 15min to come out on a slow day. So much for 'fast' food. Go elsewhere.

Delicious food, competitive prices, good order and cleanliness of the premises. The staff at the register did not offer the best service nor was it friendly. That's why I give them four stars

I was the only person in line and waited close to 10 min. While the one employee looked at me 4 times without saying anything. Got hard tacos instead of soft (which is fine). Watched them prepare my order and seen a item would be missing. When he brought it over I asked if that item was in the bag and was told yes it was. It was forgotten about in there grill and started to burn. And was given to me burnt.

Exactly what you expect from the food, but after a longer than expected wait, the cashier- server at the drive-thru window was so courteous and friendly, she made me forget I had even felt impatient waiting in line. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her a more meaningful shout-out !

Incorrect orders, long waits, understaffed. Have to repeat your order multiple times and even if it’s finally correct on the screen they still mess it up. I’m in food and beverage and I’m normally not critical of a restaurant but this location continues to disappoint.

The food is fine but the service is so slow! And taco bell needs to be eaten right away to be good. The last time I went my crunchwrap supreme sat on the counter so long before they grilled it and gave it to me that it was no longer crunchy! And two people who ordered after me got their food before me. I ordered through the app, which told me my food would be ready in 3-5 min. It actually took 11 (which isn't long normally but for a fast food place, that's not very fast).

The restaurant was clean and we'll maintained. The service was good. But when you watch the line, where they are preparing food you will notice the smallest amount of meat being served into some of, if not the vast majority of tacos and burritos and specialty menu items. I would want that to improve.

The ladies that run the place are nice and helpful. Been quite a good experience. The place is well kept and more than expected at first glance. Kudos for the ladies!

This place gabe me not one but TWO mexican pizzas with ROTTEN TOMATOES. I had some friends today offer to bring me Taco Bell (they didn't mention it was this one they were going to) and they gave us all "cheesy bean and rice burritoes" without cheese. Or rice. It's a miracle this place hasn't killed anyone yet.

The bean burrito was delicious. We also had the triple double crunch wrap.

Had basic tacos. There were consistent with what I expect from Taco Bell. Drive thru was not busy (around 6PM on a Tuesday). Service was not super fast but OK.

The sprit soda was not good. They DIDNOT ask me would I like any sauces like the other taco bells does. They was rushing, they said because of a timer, but I told the lady "it's not about a timer, it's about customer service" and Guess What?? She forgot my cinnamon twist, because of a dump timer that these restaurants has. I'm one customer that careless about there timers, I care about making sure my money I'm giving to your restaurant provides me with the proper customer service and that I'm not getting cold food or missing items from my order.

Horrible experience here!! I waited 20 mins for my order and then they didn’t even call my name correctly. They just said two initials instead of reading out my entire first name and the first letter of my last name. The power bowls we ordered were an embarrassment! Horrible, horrible service!!! I’ve been to many Taco Bell locations before and I’ve never had to deal with such terrible service or such a long wait time. Next time call the persons name on the order correctly or just call out the order number. Period.

I am from out of town. Been to this taco bell twice due to proximaty of hotels. Both occasions service has been EXTREMELY slow. Also, communication has been difficult, not sure if it is due to my california accent, but they seem to not understand what I am saying. What? You wanted...? Perhaps it was order confirmation but the look on her face suggested I was speaking russian or german. The drive through girl understood great and communicated exelently.The food was average exept for the limp greasy sheet of a thing they called a cheddar cheesy chalupa. My main insporation for writing a review is to complain about the Baja Blast. They have both regular and Zero. But they have Zero hooked up on both taps. That stuff is disgusting, and the communication barrier makes me look as though I am an idiot for suggesting they have the flavors mixed up.

Second time I ask for NO SOUR CREAM, I see it on the screen with my order and guess what I still get sour cream! I’m lactose intolerant, it’s not a request that makes your life difficult!

I buy from this restaurant often and they have excellent service and people. They are constantly delivering good service, the lines are not long and they make the tacos fast. I consume here often and they never fail to amaze. I am glad to rely on their service. i have not had the indoor experience as of yet but the drive thru is on point
